At Cloud Nine we want you to be delighted each and every time you shop with us. Occasionally however you may want to return items to us, so below is a brief outline of our returns policy.
Our 7-day ‘no quibbles’ guarantee
Our ‘no quibbles’ guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us, in its original condition, within 7 days and we will issue a refund for the price you paid for the item. No cancelation costs will apply.
Should you wish to cancel your purchase prior to the delivery of the item, please contact us on the following number 0860 104 109 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. No cancellation costs will apply.
Returning an item
Please follow the below steps to allow us to process your refund efficiently.
1. Ensure that the product is returned in the original packaging with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories in a suitable protective packaging.
2. Then send the package, with its completed returns form, to the address below. For your protection we advise you use a registered delivery service, insured to the value of your parcel.
